Use the Personal Communication reference type for emails.

  1. Use Title for the type of communication.
  2. Use Pub Year for the year and Pub Date Free Form for the month/day.
  3. Use Description for an individual’s title.
  4. Use Author Address/Affiliation for the name of the company/organization.
