Instructions to link an existing ORCID to your Lehigh account
Click Create or connect button:
Link your account to Lehigh: on the ORCID login page, select institutional account.
If you see Lehigh, click that. Otherwise, enter Lehigh in the search box:
Log in with your Lehigh credentials:
Link your Lehigh University account to your ORCID record: login with existing ORCID ID. If you don't have an existing ORCID, see the instructions below.
Click Create/Connect:
Click Authorize to grant Lehigh access to your record [you may see this screen twice]
Click Create/Connect
If you see the Authorize screen again, click Authorize
When you see the green bar, you have successfully linked and authorized your ORCID profile to Lehigh
To confirm that the linking and authorization has been successful, go to your ORCID profile, click your name and select Account settings:
You should see Lehigh listed under both Trusted Organizations and Alternate Sign in Accounts:

Log in with your Lehigh credentials:
Link your Lehigh University account to your ORCID record: select Register for ORCID ID. If you already have an existing ORCID, see the instructions above.
Fill out registration info and create a password for your ORCID account. You may use your Lehigh email address or another email address. You will need to set a new, unique password (separate from your Lehigh credentials) for ORCID only.
Check your email for a validation link from ORCID:

Click Authorize to grant Lehigh access to your record
If you see this screen, click Create/Connect again. You should also check your email inbox to verify your account.
