RefWorks is a web-based program that helps you gather, organize, store, and generate citations and bibliographies.

Zotero [zoh-TAIR-oh] is a free, easy-to-use tool to help you collect, manage, cite, and share your research sources. It lives right where you do your work—in the web browser itself. This citation manager is open source, developed by programmers all over the world.  You may want to experiment with Zotero to see if it works for you.
