Below on this page is a listing of some government resources. This is not a complete list by any means.

Tips for using government resources

1. Do a google search on advanced google search. In the interface, you can indicate that you want to search the .gov domain, that is web addresses containing .gov, to find government resources.

2. When you read news articles, look for the names of relevant agencies, and especially contact persons at those agencies. Contact those agencies/persons if you have questions.

3. Look at government websites for educational materials describing environmental  concepts. They might provide examples of how you can distill concepts into simple terms. Examples:
