Attached is a "sample exercise" that illustrates how advanced undergraduate and graduate students can search for a scholarly debate to address in a class paper. The exercise illustrates just a few aspects of using scite. 

Researchers  looking for a research agenda centering on a disputed or unresolved topic  may also use the sample exercise as an introduction to some of the mechanics of using scite.
